inspiron 15R N5010 shutdown in 5-10 sec

Dear friends, I am facing problem with my Dell nspiron 15R N5010 laptop. It is not starting up. After pressing the power button it run for 5-10 sec then it automatically shut down without giving any warning, i have also cleaned the CPU fan although there was not much dust, reapplied thermal paste but still it's not starting up, I tried to run with battery, without battery, with ac power only, removed hard drive, DVD drive too but the problem is still there. I don't know what to do. The configuration of the laptop is intel i3 380 M processor, 512 MB ATI radeon graphics 5470, 320 GB hard drive, 4 GB RAM. Motherboard is v6f89, Dell suggested that it's a motherboard problem (without checking the system) just by knowing the symptom, they have quote me INR 12,000 with 3 months warranty only for motherboard replacement. Please help me to rectify the problem.

well sounds like a bad mobo,have you tried the ram?If any dimm has any issue?If you have warranty ita can be replaced

Yes, I tried it by changing the Ram tried to ruin with single stick but its not working.
