inspiron 3521 dual channel

Hi,
I have a laptop (Inspiron 15 3521 i5) which has 1x hynix 4gb ddr3l ram ,if i buy another hynix 4gb ddr3l ram with same specs and same serial number will i be able to get dual channel mode to work?

1| If and when performing a ram upgrade it's best you buy a kit as opposed to buying a stick of ram that seems to be identical.
2| Prior to dropping in your ram kit, it's highly advised to update your BIOS to the latest revision.
3| Is it possible to pass on a picture of your existing stick of ram and an SKU to your laptop?

Well i've bought the hynix 4gb ddr3l ram with the same specs and same serial number, and now i'm able to get dual channel mode work. (checked using CPU-Z) Anyway Thanks
