Hey, I have just finished building my PC, everythings works and I was able to install all of my drivers without a problem
However, when I installed the Realtek drivers it installed, asked me to reboot my computer (which I did). And when my computer booted there was no sign of Realtek.
I checked in device manager and sound settings, with nothing showing up. I went into Program Files and found that it does install the files but it didn't do anything.
I then proceeded to try and use drivers from different websites and the same resulted.
PC Parts:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
Motherboard - MPG B550 GAMING CARBON WIFI
RAM - 32gb Trident Z 3600mHz
GPU - NVIDIA MSI GT780 Lightning (waiting for actual GPU to arrive)
SSD - Samsung NVME 1TB 980 Pro
My headphone properties only lets me go up to 2 channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD quality) and I'm assuming this is because I don't have Realtek installed
Please see below screenshots of Device Manager and sound settings.
Would greatly appreciate someone's help
