Install windows installation disc with no disc

Everytime I turn my Acer aspire on i end up at screen telling me to put in Windows installation disc,restart. I don't have that disc anymore and f10 not doing it either

you could make a usb drive and point it there so it can finish whatever it is trying to do.

don't know what version you need but win 7 and newer is easily downloadable through microsoft.com
