I need to know how, if possible, to install a Windows os on my phone.

Far as I know, it currently isn't possible. They run on completely separate architectures. I believe there have been some projects that have attempted to emulate a Windows OS to some degree on Android, but I don't know how successful those were.

Microsoft has said that they will be working towards making Windows 10 compatible with some Android devices in the future, so you may just want to wait on that.
