intel core i3 4010U

I am going to buy a new laptop. I like dell inspiron 15R 3537 which has core i3 4010U, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB hdd. I mainly use this laptop for lot of web surfing, medium games like Anno 2070 , NFS Most wanted 2 etc.,
My question is does the processor i3 4010U clocked at 1.6 Ghz is sufficient for my task or will I go for i3 3110M. (I am not considering any laptop with graphic card because of battery backup issue).

I don't think Intel graphics will suffice for NFS Most Wanted, but should be okay for Anno 2070 on low.

The GPU on the 3110M is actually weaker than the one on the 4010U, and they both go up to 1 GHz. I don't know if the increase in CPU speed is worth - Passmark shows a score of 2500 for the 4010U vs. 3000 for the 3110M.

If you're worried about battery consumption, remember that laptops use integrated graphics as much as possible, and only switch to the discrete graphics card when necessary (i.e. gaming). So unless you're gaming on the go without a charger (which even with discrete graphics IMO is a terrible experience), you don't have anything to worry about.

But yeah, like tachybana said, we need pricing info.

The above specified laptop costs 31,800 /- (rupees). my budget is up to 35,000 /-.
