The Radeon R5 M330 is a bit more powerful than the Intel HD 5500. Most systems that use the Radeon R5 use AMD's Enduro technology to revert to integrated graphics when operating on battery or in a low-performance mode. The integrated graphics paried with the M330 is either the Intel HD 5500 or the newer Intel HD 520.
So you get a "best of both worlds" setup by choosing the Radeon R5 M330. It's there when you need the graphics horsepower and it reverts to integrated graphics to save power and generate less heat when you don't need it.

I believe the last one is the best one to pick, Intel CPU+AMD GPU, buy another 1x4gb RAM to make it 8GB dual channel.
