Intel n2840 Acer or AMD E1-6010 hp?

I'm trying to decide which laptop is better for me. My two main concerns are:
Which one is faster and by how much?
Which brand is more reliable?
Which has the better graphics capability?

Both CPUs/APUs are very low end, but enough for everyday use (office, web browsing, watching videos).

The Intel CPU is faster in CPU side (30% more) and the AMD APU is faster in the GPU side (100% more). Still none of those numbers are impressive, not even the 100% GPU advantage of the APU. You may be able of play some facebook games (i guess) and older games.

I've heard an older APU, the E-450 (my last laptop) could stream Steam. How will. Either hold up to that?

Any of those can stream well and actually better than the E-450.

Both integrated GPUs (Intel and AMD) are a bit faster than the E-450's HD 6320, with the E1-6010 being the fastest. On the CPU side, the E1-6010 and E-450 have almost the same performance, with the E1 being just marginally faster.
