Intel Processor supports virtualization but VT option is not in BIOS.

My Lenovo S20-30 with Intel(R) Pentium(R) n3540 supposedly supports virtualization but the option isn't under the configuration tab or security tab in BIOS. Checked for a BIOS update on the Lenovo PC support site but the last update was for Windows 8.1, which I wasn't able to install when I was using Windows 8.1. Now that I am using Windows 10, is this update still going to work for me? If not, how else can I enable virtualization?

A low-spec laptop like may have some features permanently disabled. Just because Intel puts features in a CPU does not mean every device will support them.

I typed out "systeminfo" in the command prompt (just to check) and it said "virtualization enabled in firmware: yes". However it also says that virtualization-based security is not enabled. Is that a bug?
