Intergrated Webcam not working

HI,
I AM NALAKA WITH DELL VOSTRO 3400 ; WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64BIT INSTALLED.
MY COMPUTER DEVICE MANAGER DOES NOT SHOW IMAGING DEVICES AND I CANT WORK WITH MY INTERGRATED WEBCAM. IN APPLICATIONS IT SAYS NO WEBCAM DETECTED. SO, HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS ISSUE, HELP ME .PLEASE..!
(I ALREADY HAVE DELL WEBCAM CENTRAL APPLICATION INSTALLED.)

If the webcam hardware detected but the driver is not installed, it will show in Device Manager, most likely as unrecognised device. If there no unrecognised devices in Device Manager it either disabled in BIOS and need to be enabled (can be done for some laptops) or is faulty and will need replacement.
