Internet cannot be access even by Ethernet and WiFi shows limited connection

Due to some unknown reason my laptop can't be connected to internet by Ethernet as well as WiFi I tried all the general method like driver install , windows system restore, netsh method from CMD but nothing seems to work. Please help me with my issue. It doesn't shows any active connections in network and sharing centre.

Check your Windows Firewall settings. Some software has been known to disable the internet on uninstall to 'protect' your computer. I know a couple anti-virus companies did this back in the day.

I was watching YouTube videos and one pop up came of windows security essential asking me to restart my laptop after restarting I can not connect to internet by any means. I did try windows recovery method but it failed and didn't solve my problem. I can connect to my home WiFi but it's saying limited connection, however I can't see anything on network and sharing centre it says I am not connected to anything. Please help me solve this issue friends. I have also tried method of cmd.
