Internet connection problems

Hello, I've got a problem that's a bit hard to explain, so I've got internet connection on my pc via ethernet, I've pinged google, ive pinged 8.8.8.8 all came back with responses, connection is okay, I've even played online games on my pc, but i cannot use my browser, Google Chrome nor Microsoft edge, i can't update my avast or anything since there is no download like i dont have an Internet connection, ive talked to my service provider and my connection should be fine, but yet it isn't, can anyone help me? And the Internet works fine on my mobile device

are you using the google public dns?
