Whenever my computer has just booted (whether it's a cold boot, restart, or from sleep), Chrome will not work for 5-10 minutes. I'll get pages to load for a few seconds, then it'll stop working for a few mins. Then it'll work again for about a minute, and will be gone again for another few mins. This happens for about 5-10 minutes. Only Chrome does this, Firefox and MS Edge are fine. I'm connected via ethernet cable, and all other wired and wireless devices work fine. This has been going on since around June 2015, and even after upgrading my CPU, mobo, and RAM in November. As well, my mouse will occasionally lag a bit too, the cursor will move slowly and/or be delayed by half a second. This also happened before and after the upgrade. I have the new Skylake 6600k, so it's not a bad processor by any means. Any suggestions as to what is going on?
