Question Internet speed slows down after 30-40 min's of using laptop. Win11

Hey,

I got a new laptop with Windows 11 (Lenovo Legion 5 Pro with AMD CPU). I've set up everything and started using it like a week ago. Recently realized that after a 30 - 40 minutes of using it my internet speed decrease drastically, from around 40-60Mbps to 6-8Mbps. After restart it's back to highs speed for next 30mins or so. Have no idea what can cause it or how to troubleshoot it.

According to task manager there is nothing using wifi, signal is very strong. No programs that hog network bandwidth are running (as far as I can see). I do not experience it on my other devices at the same time.

Will appreciate any help in figuring this one out.

Plugged in, power plan set to high performance.

Just left it alone for around 1 hour without doing anything, and internet speed is all right. Must be something I'm normally do that is causing it. Problem is I'm not doing much, just browse the internet and play games out of steam/gamepass.
