Solved! Invalad scan freq error playstation

I plugged my playstation into my HDTV that I was playing on before but move to a new tv. Now that it is hooked back up to the orginal tv I get an error message on the tv that says Invalad Scan Freq. Anyone have any idea how I can get picture and playstation to work on tv again.

Hook up the PS3 to the problem tv using the composite (red/white/yellow) cable kit it came with, then run the resolution down to a compatible setting.
