iPad 4 w/Retina - case w/screen protector

Hi, just as the title says, I am looking for an iPad 4 w/retina display case - preferred to a slim, sleek case that provides standard protection but maximum utility - keeping it stood up on a flat surface, and easy to pack for portability with a screen protector that does not leave residue. If you could suggest any with a maximum price range of $30, I would be very appreciative. Thank you!
