iPad Air 128GB vs. Dell Venue 11 vs. Microsoft Surface Pro (1st gen)

So I think I've finally found a buyer for my second gen iPad. I'm going to replace it with one of the following. I'm heavily leaning toward the iPad Air with a Logitech keyboard cover. But getting a first gen Surface Pro, especially when the price drops, would be the best. But a Dell Venue would definitely be the cheapest full Windows 8.1 option I could get.

Obviously a Windows 8 tablet,will have better cpu and ram etc performance.But it really depends on what your looking for a mobile tablet,or a full blown destop on your tablet
