iPhone 4S carrier disconnected from AT&T to Sprint; want to transfer favorites and contacts to new iPhone 6

I switched carriers from AT&T to Sprint for my new iPhone 6. A backup to iCloud was not performed prior to Sprint transferring my number and service from AT&T (you would think they would have ensured this was done before making the transfer!) I do not have wifi on my iPhone 4S - can I transfer my contacts and games, etc. to my computer via a phone cable > then import or send the data to the iPhone 6?
