I have an iPhone 5 and need a unlock code to go to another carrier. How do I get a free code since all the changes in the law?

Currently it's illegal to unlock the phone in the US and it is against the forum rules to ask for help in unlocking. It's also against the forum rules to post a response with unlocking help.
Cell phones and Smartphones are subsidized by the carrier that you purchase them from , to get your phone free of the subsidy you need to pay that amount to go to another carrier.
