Iphone 6 Not turning on

I went the beach and used my life proof case and my phone still got wet and I see a black faded cloud on the bottom of my screen but the area still works.. My phone has been charging fine the day of and in the car on the way home it died so I put it on the charger and it came back on and was working normally after i showered i used my phone and it died again but now it is not coming back on . It shows that the phone is charging but it has been like this for a while and i have tried changing the chargers but it just shows that the phone is charging . What should i do ? I tried holding the home button and lock button for 10-30 seconds but that did not work . Please help ! Thank-you

Take the back off and immerse the phone in some uncooked rice in the hope that it isn't too late to rescue it.
