Title of this article is very misleading, especially since this was reported on CNN a couple days ago.

I remember purchasing both of these cases a year ago and was concerned over the high heat that was being put out of the device, I called the manufacture and then the store to have it returned for a refund.

omg, encasing an electronic device in rubber will cause it to hear up, who would have known...

You're reading it wrong. It isn't an apple product that is being recalled. It's a 3rd party product sold by Mophie.

Like the device your using to make this post or the clothes your wearing.

Apple: We don't support 3rd party addons/replacements. We already provide the best user experience.

So, is it Apples incompatibility with the Power cases or the power cases incompatibility with the Apple products?
Which one catches fire? the battery pack or the i-equipment?

A product made to look like its an accessory, but instead burns the iphone up.

Sounds like it was made on purpose by a very intelligent and nice person who wants to break idiots out of their iphonecrazy trance.

More battery fire related news, all in just a single day. Engineers! Are you doing your job?
