iPhone Outsells BlackBerry in RIM's Home Country

Canadians got tired of the high failure rate with the BB. Besides the cost near identical with most canadian carriers.

Unless of course it locks up (which it does) and you end up removing the battery to reset it. Also, you're company must be very poor at managing finances. One of the reasons companies are moving away from BB's is the cost to operate - both Android and Apple are cheaper as they don't need a BES between them and the Exchange server. We're moving away from BB to Android and it's a $400/yr savings per phone.

Maybe due to the fact Iphone 4 is under 50 Canadian Dollar with 3 years contact. (65 Canadian dollar monthly fee with shameful 500 mb ata. =__=)

I haven't meet anyone would own the phone outright without sign the stupid 3 years contact.

I'm American, and this fact just makes me want to buy a Blackberry more than I wanted to before.

TBH, Blackberries have been great for work. The physical keyboards can't be beat and RIM has more than enough models for all different tastes with the 9900/9930, 9810, and 9850 being really nice units. I'm not really looking forward to supporting iOS or Android devices in our Enterprise unless its just as easy or easier to do so. ...but I think RIM's got a new gadget to manage iOS, Android, as well as BB services. Most consumers don't want blackberries unless they just have to have a physical keyboard.
