iPhone stuck battery percentage - - - help please

Hello community,
I bought an iPhone X one month ago
This is second time when i am having this problem
When i put my iPhone to charge, i have like 85% battery(example), and the percentage is stucked, if i want to see the real percentage after charging i need to restart the phone.

Since you have only had for a month, I would return the phone or at least contact your service provider for assistance.
