Hi all,
Just wondering if someone could help me out.
I have an iPhone X which had a screen replacement a few months ago. The replacement screen I had put on was not a genuine apple screen and because of this, when my phone goes out of charge and I charge my phone back up, my phone will turn on but the screen remains black. I have tried doing a hard reset which doesn't work.
The only time my screen turns back on is when I plug it into a laptop and restore my iPhone. However, after the restore is finished, it automatically restarts again and when it does this, the screen goes black again.
Has anyone got anyways I could kickstart the iPhone, like what happens when I restore my iPhone. It needs an extra boost from somewhere to turn the screen on.
Many thanks,
