ipod 3rd gen music copy with out usb

i have a customer with a 3rd gen ipod that has a destroyed connector, i want to xfer all his music off via wifi with out having to replace this connector, can that be done?

Maybe through WiFi and a network share. If it's in iTunes can easily just logon to his account and copy it from there, his purchases will be online.

he has no password and its no longer linked to an iTunes. i cant cydia it as i cant usb it... i ordered a new plug ill solder on if i cant get wifi but man why cant apple just allow network sharing by default with out iTunes junk
