Is Amazon.de Reliable for Buying Laptops? Are the Extremely Low Prices Legit?

I have come across unbelievably low prices for some laptops on Amazon.de and I wonder whether it's a safe option to get a laptop from there? A particular model I am looking at is priced around €600 on most websites but only around €400 on Amazon.de (it's NOT secondhand, it's marked as NEW). So how is this even possible? Are there any risks I'd be taking buying from Amazon.de?

I use Amazon.de on almost a weekly basis and bought parts for 2 PC last month. That thing you see is not sold by Amazon, it is just a link to the 3rd party sellers. I wouldn't trust them to be honest.

Some third party sellers are bad but a lot can be good if they have high ratings I buy from them.

As you can see the third-party seller selling that particular laptop at €400 has a very very high rating. But still, how can I be sure it's totally legit when an €800 laptop is being sold at only €400 and no returns are accepted?

People wouldn't be so desperately in need of luck every time, had Amazon paid enough attention to 'the customer' as much as third-party sellers. I know third-parties bring in loads of cash, but so do people.
