Is an HP ENVY dv7 7300 better than an HP Pavilion dv7 7000?

I plan on purchasing either of the two if its still available in a few months time, but still undecided on which to choose. Which is a better performing laptop, price is not an issue. Please chart a comparison regarding pros/cons of either one.

It depends on your final configuration. For all intents and purposes, the Envy is better, but the Pavilion comes with an NVidia graphics card by default, where as the Envy has an optional upgrade to a graphics card.

If you get the NVidia 650M on the Envy, then the Envy is better in every respect, as far as I can tell.

But if price is of no consequence, do shop around and compare before you buy.
