like i said, your laptop is not powerful enough to be running that in the first place.
but, you could try lowering the settings to see if it helps.

Keep in mind that 920m is the lowest laptop card in this gen, and the 5500 is the one ataches at your CPU, so it's not vary strong. You'd need something like GT 940 or higher in order to play games as GTA V in an aceptable way, and still 940 will run it at low-medium as much, I'd say. I see no way to make it run on your laptop, other than changing your GPU, and I dont even know if that's possible, as most laptops wont allow you to do that (I know some brands allow you to upgrade, like MSI and Clevo).
