is HP a poor gaming brand?

Im buying a hp gaming laptop and I heard alot of people talking about how I should stay away from HP. I personally have no experience with any laptops at all.

think the DV6 series or something but was a long time ago

ended up with people baking their motherboards in ovens or using heatguns on them to try to reflow the solder

and in a class action law suit

guess the stigma of things like that last a long time

read some reviews of the lap top you want to buy especially from people who actually own one

dude... I remember my brother had a HP pavillion dv6 series Im 99 % sure. He baked his chip and it worked 2 days and died again. Black screen...

I read reviews about this HP omen which is new series from HP and they all said it was good (mostly) but noone of them actually know if it will be like the dv6 series.

Im thinking about buying hp omen 17 inch - w105no model. Its 1800 usd in my country or 1600 euros. I wouldnt call that cheap. Anyhow, what do you mean by they release new models next wek?

not sure the omen laptops are even on sale yet i thought i saw end of june somewhere but i could be wrong

which means cant get reviews from actual users of them yet

actual user reviews are what i usually look for or sites that have tested them for a decent length of time to see if any problems occur

so personally i would be unable to decide whether i would get one or not i am afraid

hp uses really cheap materials, that's a fact
Clevo, Msi or Alienware are better

Im just curious how much they would cost in europe and if the price on the current hp omens will drop alot
