Is it me or is Sony Vegas Pro 13 Slower than 12 At Rendering?

My Hardware:
Intel Core i7 4800MQ @2.7-3.7GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM @1600MHz
Nvidia GTX 770M 3GB
128GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD
1TB HGST 7200RPM HDD

My Software:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Sony Vegas Pro 13 build 290

Okay so i recently upgraded to Sony Vegas Pro 13
And so far its been a disaster!
a 10 minute video that used to render in like 13 mins on my system with Vegas Pro 12 now took as long as 40 minutes in Vegas Pro 13

ive tried this with many different settings
First i tried it with CPU only render and Intel HD Graphics as my accelerating device
then i tried using CUDA to render and switched to the GTX 770M as my default graphics accelorator and it yielded the same results i even went as far as to reboot the computer completely and tried again no help

Can Anyone help me out with some tips? i noticed a new update for it today but havent tried it yet

Have you tried the new update yet? If yes, have you noticed a difference? Assuming you are outputting to the HDD have you checked the drive space?

i seemed to have figured it out
it was the Main Concept Render configuration that was making the rendertimes jump!
i swapped to the Sony Render config and it seems to have helped a lot!

i made screenshots of my render choice then you click customize it and then make sure it matches the screenshots then rename it and save do not just click okay you have to rename it and then save
