Is it normal for my JBL Flip 4 to fuzz at low volume?

I tend to listen to my speaker at night at low volume close to me but at volume below ~25% gives a very slight but irritating fuzzy noise and high pitched ringing (again, very slight but i can hear it and it s annoying). Those two things are MUCH worse in low frequency mode at volume below 50%. Is this normal? or should I exchange it?

Can't say if it's normal but I doubt it.
They may be picking up some interference so try them with all the lights and any other electronics or motors in the room off. Dimmers can cause RF noise. If that doesn't help then get them exchanged.
