I was just wondering if it would be safe to use CRC (that sprayable substance that dissolved easily and is intended to be used to clean computer parts) to clean my laptop fans? (Mainly the right one) And if it is ok to do so would I have to take the bottom off of my laptop or could I keep it on? I’m not sure of the correct procedure to go through with this?

(One of my fans, the right one, is really dusty and recently started making a slight whirring noise when within the range of 3700 rpm- 1000 rpm)

Also, canned air isn’t really an option since it’s quite expensive at the stores I have been to and I can only find it in really big cans
(My laptop is an acer predator helios 300)

I currently have (in my cupboard) one intended for the use of cleaning things such as motherboards and other things similar to that. It dries incredibly fast. Not sure what else I can tell you. It's called "CRC precision CO contact cleaner precision electronic cleaning solution.
