Is it okay to leave Malwarebytes Web Protection off?

So i used to always have Web Protection on, but all it ever does is block things i know are safe. It also doesn't allow me to put in exclusions. It always says it's invalid when it's not. Over time i decided that it's more trouble than it's worth, but is it dangerous to leave it off all the time? I don't go to any bad sites. The most risky site i ever go on is Kinguin but there's nothing illegal about it. What do you guys think? Thanks!

I got rid of Malwarebytes for the same reason , not a fan of it anymore , I went with ZEMANA:

You can disable it and use it as an on demand scanner.
