Is it possible to Overclock the Intel Core i3 4005U to any other Frequency ? Because its frequency is very low , only 1.7Ghz ?
In the game debate i saw that it's turbo speed is 4Ghz
See this-http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/index.php?pid=1927&cpu=Core%20i3-4005U%201.7GHz

My Laptop is-HP 15-r041tx

If it is possible to overclock ! then tell me how to overclock ??

The extreme edition CPUs used to be the only mobile CPUs that were overclockable, but now Intel introduces the HK skylake CPUs for the i7 lineup that are unlocked.

But to answer your quesiton, no...
Game-debate is a bit misleading. Next to the "4GHz" clockspeed is a red "X" since it does not have unlocked multipliers. Typically only desktop CPU have unlocked multipliers.

Intel did see a few laptop CPUs with unlocked multipliers; these CPUs had "XM" next to the model numbers. They are "Extreme" performance mobile CPUs which Intel sells for $1,096 each when bought in a tray (which I think is 24 of 'em). Intel no longer sells "XM" CPUs; the last versions 4th generation Haswell CPUs to the best my knowledge.
