Is it possible to upgrade to nvidia graphics card from integrated intel graphics in my dell inspiron 14 7437 7000 series?

Laptop is an ultrabook with 6 gb ram intel i5 2.4 ghz. And integrated intel graphics card with 120 gb ssd drive.
I want to play fifa 16 on my laptop but the system requirement for fifa states i5 3ghz and nvidia graphics card. So is it possible to upgrade my cpu and graphics card in dell inspiron 14 7437 7000 series?

It would appear like it may be possible, but limited usefulness and taking mobile gaming down a notch or two.

Also amd cards equivalently powerful will work as well, they are compensated for their gpu recommendations by the gpu makers im sure.

You can NOT upgrade your integrated graphics, sorry.
Its a chip that is inside the motherboard or part of the CPU. If you attempt to mess around with it its 99% sure youre going to mess up things.
About the cpu- Its not that big problem if you have 2,4 GHz instead of 3,0.BUT if you upgrade your CPU to a compatible i7 (example) you might get a little better integrated GPU along with it.
