Is it worth paying almost double price to get gtx 1060 instead 1050?

Depends do you want to play at high-ultra 1080p 60fps? Get the 1060 don't mind lower settings get the 1050.
The msi has a 120gb ssd an i7 and a gtx 1060. Those are all better than the lenovo and do add up. Also the msi has a beter screen + isn't that loud according to what I could find (also those lenovo's have their heat exhaust under the screen hinge and tend to really heat up the keyboard to an uncomfortable temperature I have personal experience with that.)

It's 60-70% faster than the 1050.
CORRECTION it's over double the performance of the 1050 I looked at the 1050ti when looking for benchmarks..

ok thanks. LAst question. If I buy the 1060 laptop, what is it equivalent to in desktop gpus? And how many years would I be able to run newest and upcoming games? I hope you can give me an answer to both questions,
