Is Lenovo y510(No Sli) worth it?

I am thinking about buying this laptop, I have seen it in person and I think I like it, but I did not get the chance to really test it. I want everybody's opinion especially from those who got this laptop. The price I will be paying is around 1000$ or 750Euro.

It's still good, but the only reason why I recommend it is because it has SLI capability. there are far better options for that price point that don't have SLI.
 
I think the only other alternatives at this price range would be the sagers 7358 or models similar to that. The y510p was like the bottom price bracket for gaming.
