Is my Laptop underperforming?

Hello there!So my laptop is 5 months old and it has:Gpu:geforce 820m
cpu:Intel core i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00ghzRam:4,00 GB RAM(3.89gb usable)
So i have been playing cs:go and my fps are in the 60/70.
I was wondering if it's normal and how can i increase it?Maybe by upgrading the gpu and is it possible?thanks.

Your performance sounds normal to me. You cannot upgrade your laptop's gpu without replacing the entire laptop.

60-70 FPS is quite good to me. I don't know what you're complaining about. But I'm not much of a PC gamer anyway.
