Is my motherboard compatible with my graphic card

So ok i have this motherboard https/www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z87-G43.html#hero-overview and i was thinking to buy a new graphic card because mine right now is not so good. So i was thinking one of the 1060 gtx cards like this one https/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137112 and i dont know if its compatible with the motherboard... I have enough space in my pc that is no problem. Or do you have any better suggestions for the graphic card that i should buy around the same price. Ty for your help.

I have an enough big power supply that can hold my whole setup together I did one of those mmm test things from cooler master and its said i only need 450W so yea and the space in the computer is good

Hi Janus,

your card will for sure fit the mainboard - only thing tto consider, what's your current card and will the PSU fit the new one?

About other cards, you might want to check the RX580 - and carefully compare if it fits your needs better - need more power, but has a very good price point

What about this card https/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814487275 this looks beast for its price and performs better that the rx580 has less vram but a lot more MHz which is better and you know how nvidias vram and amds vram are.
