How do I find out if my mobile phone has been cloned? I am suspecting that it has been because I am seeing many messages on my bill that I have not sent or received. I have been having issues with someone signing into my emails and social media. I have changed my passwords and they keep getting in.
Since I have been having these issues I have monitored the devices that sign onto our router.
I turned my wifi on on my cellphone and when my device registered as a signed on device, another device with a different mac address signed on at exactly the same time. I blocked that device and took a Screencast so I would have a copy of the incident and the strange device. This was at 4 am and I was the only one awake at that time. What do I do?

Back up your files. Perform a factory reset of the phone. Change all passwords on sites/services you use.

Scan other devices for malware (like PCs). Change your router admin password and wireless network password.

If one device has been infected, assume others are as well.
