Is my sound card ok for Sennheiser PC 350 SE?

Currently have SoundblasterX G1. I cannot use PCIE as I have an ITX board.

Is this external sound card enough for Sennheiser PC 350?

As a side question, I have this motherboard: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-ITX/
Is the audio inside this motherboard good? Is it better or worse than my external sound card?
