Is Nomad JukeBox 3 shock resistant?

I going to buy a mp3 player and i'm hardly considering Nomad JukeBox 3, but one thing worries me. Normal HD is very shock sensitive and what obout HD inside NJB3?
My question is if it wont get bad sectors if i just run after a bus or jump around enyoing music?

Not sure about the JukeBox 3

I have the original Nomad JukeBox. I've dropped it from about chest height onto a concrete floor twice (accidentally, of course) but it still works fine.
