Is Nvidia 820M 2 GB able to play GTA 5

Can i play GTA 5/watch dogs in low/medium settings on these below specs
Core i5 (5th Gen) (5200U)
NVIDIA GeForce 820M 2 GB
8 GB Ram

I am planning to buy this laptop for gaming purpose

I would not buy a laptop with an 820M video card for games. You want an 840m, and to play games without having to set newer ones on Low, you want an 860m card or so.

The NVidia GT 730 got a 923 PassMark video score, the 730 is the lowest gaming card you want on a desktop, to run things at lower settings.

The 820m scored a 574 (almost half of that), it will struggle with games, getting low frame rates even on low settings. You can play a game like GTA V on it, but it won't be any fun. Look for a laptop with at least an 840m for games, 860m is preferable.
