Is the Acer Aspire V3-772G-9829 worth buying?

Hey! Im getting a laptop soon and my main priorities are C++ and Gaming. It will by 70% gaming and 30% C++. I have a budget of $1000 and wanted to know if the Acer Aspire V3-772G-9829 is worth buying.

Specs of Acer Aspire V3-772G-9829:-

1. Intel Core i7-4702MQ 2.2 GHz (6 MB Cache)
2. 8 GB DDR3 RAM
3. 1 TB 5400 rpm Hard Drive
4. 17.3-Inch Screen, NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M Graphics 4GB
5. Windows 8, 2.5-hour battery life

i want to be able to play the following games at Low to Medium at 30-50 FPS:-
1. Battlefield 4
2. CoD: Ghosts
3. ArmA DayZ
4. And many other Triple A Shooters.

You should check out the y510p it has the same specs but the gpu can be sli'd to yield almost double performance. Also if you can wait a bit until the 860m starts popping up in laptops that would be your best bet it has double the performance of the 660m. But if either is not an option for you, this laptop is not a bad option and reviews seem to be not bad.
