That is a pretty old budget laptop that was released in 2009. It's a good doorstop or paperweight.

Provide a budget range you are willing to spend on a laptop.

I had no idea it was so old.

That laptop will struggle to get 5 frames per second in minecraft.

What can you afford to spend?
