Is the HyperX Cloud 2 a worthy upgrade for G35?

Hey Guys and Girls. So my logitech G35 is unfortunately getting a lil' beat up in the sides after having it for about 3 years. I'm now looking into investing not to much into a new headset. I've looked at some headsets but the one that stood out to be the most was the HyperX Cloud 2. Would any of you recommend it? have you tried the sound? and how is the bass of it? . I've tried wearing it some times now, and it feels really good on the head, but how is the sound?
