Is the i5 8th Gen Better in a Significant way than the i5 7th Gen Processor in Laptops?

I am Planning on Buying a new Laptop for Programming, Entry Level Machine Learning and for Ethical Hacking. My Budget is Rs 62000(Max).Is the i5 8th Gen Better than the 7th Gen. I need a Basic Graphic Card(like the 940mx or mx150) but I need to run atleast 4 Vms Simultaneously. Also Plz Recommend which Laptop Company will be the best bang for the buck.

I'd definitely recommend you this laptop as it packs some serious tech which might suffice all ur requirements provided the fact that u'll need to pump up ur budget!
relating to which brand-
I've used Dell,Lenovo and Asus.
My current laptop is Asus ROG GL552JX and am quite happy with it.
Comparing it to its nearest competitors i believe that Asus takes it all for sure.
Build quality wise u can prefer Asus or Dell.
Price/Performance wise Asus will b my bet!
Looks-All are good.
Sound-Lenovo packs some cool JBL speakers with Sub woofer tech(available only in its top tier laptops).
So overall thats all about my suggestion.

1. Stretch a little an get an ilegear (Malaysia) laptop with 4 dimm slots. The Indian clevo reseller is costlier (no customs from malasia )
2. Please be clear are you talking about a dual core ( U series) 15W i7 (2 to 7th gen) or a 45W (S series) i7. The 8th gen has 4/6 cores. Your budget indicates the former while your needs indicate the latter.
3. VMs are typically memory limited so clevo gives better value than anybody else for a quad DIMM laptop.
4. Explore the ryzen laptop.
5. Wait a few months ( unless your budget runs out in March).
