Is the Lenovo Y40 a good laptop?

I am looking at the one with the $759 price tag. (Black Friday sale!)
The biggest thing I want is to play the Sims 3 with close to no lag with quite a few expansions.

it maxes simcity at 37 fps at 720p It should be able to handle the sims 3 quite nicely
as far as canada goes, that's as good as it gets.
