is the Yamaha TSR-7850 dual voltage? i just moved to Qatar with my Yamaha reciever and afraid to plug it into 220 outlet

Yes, if you set the switch properly (if you have the Central or South America model). Otherwise, you'll need at transformer to power the device (220v to 110v).
