It requires a whole new Win 10 Pro license. There is no more 'Upgrade' license.

I need to have windows 7 pro. I have some software that needs to run on a windows 7 pro machine for my POS system. Basically this software interfaces between my current POS system and an online ordering system. Currently, it still works with my POS. Which is XP. But that version of the interface has not been updated in 3 years. It has no PCI compliance. So wanting to get a little more current with my systems without costing me a bundle of money, I wanted to take the next step. I am not sure windows 10 will run the software. I do have that question into the people who own the software. Until I can figure this out, I will still be running my POS system, which by the way is server 2003 running under XP. Yeah, XP.

Well, there is no more Upgrade license from Win 7 to Win 7 Pro.
It would require purchasing a full Win 7 Pro license.
